Shape Next-Gen Industrial Imaging & Automation
Join a dynamic Swiss tech team and drive hardware and firmware for advanced industrial systems. From board design to real-time Linux firmware, you’ll own key features that power our global solutions.

Your Responsibilities
Architect and lay out PCBs: schematic capture, component selection, production handover
Develop FPGA logic in VHDL for precision control tasks
Write and optimise embedded C++ firmware on real-time Linux (Yocto/Preempt-RT)
Integrate industrial interfaces (e.g., EtherCAT/FSoE), sensors, and actuators
Perform system-level testing, commissioning, and field debugging
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive delivery

Your Profile
Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
5+ years’ hands-on experience in embedded hardware design and firmware
Strong Altium Designer skills and PCB production know-how
Proven FPGA(VHDL) expertise and embedded C++ on Linux platforms
Structured problem-solver with clear communication in English and Fluent German(C1)
Self-driven, quality-focused, and team-oriented mindset
