Max Salary: Up to CHF 120,000 per year

About the Role:
In the role of Hardware & Firmware Integration Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain innovative hardware and firmware solutions. You will work on new product development—from schematic design and PCB layout to microcontroller programming in C—while also maintaining and optimizing existing systems. This role is perfect for a candidate with strong expertise in both hardware and firmware.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop new solutions in analog and digital technology, including schematic design, PCB layout, and software development
Maintain and enhance existing products through systematic testing and process optimization
Gather requirements and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Program microcontrollers in C for hardware-related firmware applications
Adapt your focus on hardware or firmware development based on your strengths

Your Profile:
Degree in Electrical Engineering (FH/ETH) or equivalent qualification
Solid knowledge of analog/digital technology and PCBA development
Experience in hardware-related firmware programming (C)
Passion for building prototypes and optimizing product designs
A proactive, communicative, and structured work style
