🔍 Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of R&D projects for intelligent sensors and actuators
Develop Embedded C/C++ firmware on ARM Cortex-M (bare-metal & RTOS)
Design custom PCBs using Altium Designer
Program Python-based automation scripts for diagnostics
Collaborate with cross-functional experts
🧩 Your Profile
🎓 at least a BSc and ideally a Master’s/Ph.D. in Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems
💼 5+ years in embedded product development
🔧 Strong in both Embedded C/C++, RTOS, real-time constraints
🧠 Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and Python
🛠️ Skilled in Altium Designer
Proficiency in CAD software and mechatronic simulation tools, combined with practical experience in developing mechatronic systems, is a huge bonus!
🌍 Fluent in English (C2), German/French B2+ a plus
🏔️ Based within or can relocate to Canton Uri, Central Switzerland; hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) to provide flexibility and work-life balance
