Location: Canton Bern, Switzerland
Start Date: Immediate or by arrangement
Max Salary: Up to CHF 120,000 per year

About the Role:
As an Agile Hardware Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team in an agile environment, driving the development of cutting-edge hardware for automated and secure transportation systems. Your role combines technical expertise with leadership as you optimise development processes and spearhead innovative, customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a team of hardware engineers in an agile (Scrum) environment
Optimize hardware development processes and implement best practices
Conduct feasibility studies and design innovative solutions
Collaborate with external partners to integrate new technologies
Develop electronic circuits and create schematics, layouts, and production documentation
Your Profile:
Degree in Electrical Engineering (FH/ETH) or equivalent
Several years of experience in hardware development, ideally in safety-critical transportation or industrial sectors
Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
Familiarity with embedded systems and modern design methodologies
Proficient in both German and English
